• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  PPAP is a standardized process that ensures engineering design and product specifications are properly understood and consistently met during the production process.  We work closely with your engineering and quality teams to ensure that each submission is thorough, compliant, and on time. Whether you need a Level 1 or a comprehensive Level 3 PPAP, we are equipped to support your requirements.
• Process Control Plans
  We maintain detailed process control plans to ensure repeatability and adherence to customer specifications. Each critical step is documented, monitored, and continuously refined.

• Material Traceability
  All incoming materials are traceable back to the supplier and batch, ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the supply chain.
• In-Process Quality Checks
  Operators and quality technicians perform regular in-process inspections using calibrated instruments and documented procedures to maintain dimensional accuracy and part integrity.

• Final Inspection & Testing
  Finished parts undergo final inspections to verify critical dimensions, surface quality, and material performance. Additional testing (e.g., tensile, impact, wear resistance) is conducted as required by customer or industry standards.
• Continuous Improvement
  We follow structured methodologies like root cause analysis, corrective action, and data-driven process improvement to eliminate defects and enhance product quality over time.
• Documentation & Compliance
  Melet Plastics is certified to ISO 9001.  We maintain comprehensive documentation to support customer audits, regulatory compliance, and internal reviews. Certifications and inspection records are available upon request.
