PRESS RELEASE The Regency Group Announces its third investment in the manufacturing industry Vancouver, British Columbia (August 1, 2016) – TRG Capital Corp. (a member of The Regency Group) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a controlling stake in the Melet Group, which includes Melet Plastics Inc. (with operations in Winnipeg, MB), Melet Plastics Corp. (with operations in Fargo, ND) and Ambutech Inc. (a division focused on mobility products for the blind and low vision). TRG Capital Corp. has also acquired the real estate assets of the Melet Group comprising of manufacturing facilities located in Winnipeg, MB and Fargo, ND totaling over 80,000 SF of manufacturing space. The company will continue under the existing management team, led by Mr. Bill Fenton who will retain the role of President & CEO.
