Melet Plastics has a state-of-the-art mold manufacturing facility to transform your project from concept to production. The process begins with a fully detailed 3D mold design using Pro/Engineer CAD software. Once the tooling design has been validated by a moldflow analysis, the machining of the tool can begin using our advanced machinery:

- Browne & Sharpe Coordinate Measuring Machine
Our toolroom specializes in the manufacture of high tolerance, high complexity, precision tools to exacting standards. However, for less complicated parts or projects with tight budgetary or timeline constraints, we also offer the option of importing tools from offshore moldmakers. Melet has developed a relationship with moldmakers in China who build high quality injection molds conforming to our detailed specifications.
