Manufacturing

LOADING - We use automation and skilled workers to prepare the raw material for molding.

MOLDING - After pre-heating, the raw material is transferred to the mold and formed into the desired shape.

TRIMMING - A dual head, six-axis water jet cutting center offers precise trimming of finished components.

Materials

Natural Fiber Substrates - Excellent alternative to many plastic substrates.  Eco friendly, cost competitive, lightweight and strong.  Works well in any interior application.  Can be molded or bonded to a wide range of cover materials.

Carpet Covers - Available in a wide range of colors and weights. This material is affordable, durable and dresses up any interior.

Vinyl Covers - Tough, durable and easy to clean. A great way to add an affordable touch of class to any application. Available in many colors.

PET Cover - This material is used as part of a composite to produce under hood components. Affordable, moldable and great looking. It is oil resistant and can be cleaned with a pressure washer.

Open Cell Foams - Used in many noise reduction programs. This material is economical and a solid choice for many different application types. Available in numerous densities and colors.

Closed Cell Foams - These types of foam do not absorb water and perform great in high moisture applications. Also a wonderful choice for high temperature applications. Available in numerous densities and colors.
